Our return policy is valid for 14 days from delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
Some items are completely excluded from return. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift certificates
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products
* Sale items

In certain situations, no refunds will be granted (if applicable)
* Goods with obvious signs of use
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Self-service returns will help you with your return request. Here's how it works:

1. Log in to your account:
(1). Enter your email address in the email field and then click continue.
(2). In your email account, open the email sent by our shop and copy the six-digit verification code contained in the email.
(3). Go back to the online shop and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
5. Click "Request Return".
If your return request has been approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Without this, we cannot process your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
The refund money will be credited back to the charged account within 14 business days after receipt of the return.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, email us at info@europapa.com and send the item to: Europapa Handels GmbH, Am Bahndamm 5, Nettetal, 41334, Germany. The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you live in.
